Reflective Decision Maker
We all know that "to become a reflective decision maker" is one of the elements of SOE Conceptual Framework. In the process of learning, we always have some positive or frustrating encounters that help us become better reflective decision makers. Here’s my recent experience. I posted in the Moodle forum a website name and its URL for IRA project website #6. I had read through all the pages of the website and was happy to have found it. However, when I was about to do the write-up within 24 hours, the website was completely inaccessible. It was unfortunate but I couldn’t stay stuck with that. There is a dateline to follow and there are so many other available literacy websites out there. I started the search all over again and completed the assignment in time. Instead of being stressed out, I look at the whole incident as a facilitator for me to become a better reflective decision maker.

That is right Lwin, most of time when things like that happened to us we often thought of it as a punishment or curse. I do sometimes thought God is punishing me when something like happens. If it happen I usually take a break 5 to 10 minutes break and I come back with a clear mind and finish the assignment. As educators we have to be effective and reflective decision makers. Thank you Lwin for sharing!
